Situation: Vineyard located in the area of Gaillac.
Cepages: Mauzac: very aromatic type of vine. It gives a dry white wine very pleasant. Len of El: it gives an alcoholized, sharp and fruity wine.
Characteristics: Rather constant gilded yellow, advanced colour. Expenses and floral. jasmine, acacia, crystallized orange notes. Flexible and round mouth. Good balance sucre/acide, without heaviness. The mellow feeling interesting one, and good aromatic persistence.
Alcohol: 11.5 %.
Acidity: 4,2 mgr/l
Sugar: 28 g/l
Cold stabilized wine.
